my mood lately..

What a Wonderful Time of Year

As this year comes to a closing I look back on it and smile. What I've learned this year is facing challenges comes great blessings. I can name numerous things that didn't quite go the way I wanted it to or came unexpectedly. I lost friends, I gained friends. This year I realized that my family will always be there for me and will always love me when I have no friends to turn to. Since my sophomore year began I have had wonderful opportunities, and I know I have the greatest friends I could ask for. They've been there this year through the good and they've been there when I had to let go. I've also been able to travel so much this year, which I absolutely loved. It's one thing I haven't ever become tired of.

Highlights of this year:

-Snowboarding in Utah(January)

-Finishing my freshman year

-going backpacking for YW

-sleeping in cabins at girls camp

-developing a stronger friendship with my only cousin my age

-same with all of my little Lange cousins

-being able to say my cousin is on his mission in the Philippines and is gonna come back and play football at BYU

-Learning some characteristics that I love in a guy and some I don't love

-going with my church youth group to palmyra

-meeting nephites in palmyra (that want me to come back and see them next summer(I text them)

-being chosen to be the Sophomore Attendant for Homecoming by my class. (they are the best)

-being chosen by teachers to do leadership training

-going to an amazing wedding for my amazing aunt ( love you Hil! cant wait to see your guys' new house)

-catching a huge catfish( okay like maybe 16 inches long)

-going antiqueing with my mom

Okay so that was a lot more than I was planning on putting on that list, but these are definitely the things that I will remember about 2010. So not much is on my Christmas list this year.. well you know except shoes.

Birthday.

My birthday week has been great. I am $500 dollars richer and never been kissed. I have wonderful friends and my parents and siblings are amazing. Thanksgiving was fun. I love going to alabama and seeing my grandparents. it was a short trip but we took some funny pictures.

Pet Peeve

When a guy and a girl are holding hands and the girl holds her hand in the front, instead of the back. It looks awkward and not natural for both people.

WWAw WAA WINTER....

Summer/winter

So I'm in so much denial the holiday season is in full swing. It feels like just last week I was carefree about school and could sleep whenever I wanted and my room stayed clean all the time. Okay so i am excited for snow and my birthday but this summer was when I really decided I love summer and I now live for summer, so this is a pic of me and my bro and sis and two of my cousins(l to r Tanner, me, Tyler, Eliza, and Rachel) and the other one was from my snowboarding trip in January(l to r back row, me,Kalee, Hilary, Doug, then Chris in the front)

So this post is dedicated to my good friend Ally Anderson(this is because I saw her post that she thinks she could delete and have it disappear, but I saw the beginning of it from four days ago). Her blog is http://allyandersonn.blogspot.com/ . She should definitely write more. We've been friends since good old 8th grade english at table one, With our wonderfully crazy teacher who wanted to be our friend but secretly hated us...or so we think. Last year, third period, we would go blogstalk fashion blogs and websites while harassing fellow library goers and making scavenger hunts. We share a locker(s) along with my sister Liza. We used to take daily pictures at 7th period lunch first quarter. I'm sad that I had to change lunches because of my schedule change. So basically im sorry I abandoned you at lunch, so we should go to H&M asap and have Kenn and Amy over for movies and I'll get my license so I don't have to bum rides. also when Amy can run out a straight line we should go to the chiller.
